Eligibility and your account
Tarotide is intended for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to accept these Terms. When you select “Create Account,” you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Keep your account access secure, provide accurate registration information, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
What Tarotide provides
Tarotide provides tarot readings and Guide conversations for entertainment and personal reflection. Some responses are generated with AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Tarotide is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service and does not replace qualified professional advice. Do not rely on a reading or Guide response as the sole basis for an important decision or in an emergency.
Tarotide Pro subscriptions
When Tarotide Pro is offered, its monthly subscription is purchased through Apple's App Store. The benefits, actual price in your storefront, billing period, and renewal information are shown before you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews unless you cancel it through Apple. You can manage your Apple subscriptions in your Apple account; canceling does not itself delete your Tarotide account, and deleting your Tarotide account does not cancel Apple's subscription billing. Purchase, cancellation, refund, and billing questions may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and processes. We will not treat an unconfirmed purchase as access to Pro.
Your content and responsible use
You keep any rights you have in questions, messages, and other content you provide. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to operate the features you use, including generating and displaying responses, saving content you choose to keep, and maintaining account security, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you have no right to share, misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
Tarotide materials
The Tarotide name, interface, artwork, text, and other materials in the service belong to their respective owners and are provided for your personal use of Tarotide. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Your own content remains yours as described above.
Account ending and deletion
You may stop using Tarotide at any time. The public iOS release will offer account deletion requests in Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. Once a request is accepted, the account is no longer usable; the team completes the applicable deletion within 30 calendar days, subject to information that must be kept under applicable law. If you have access only to a pre-release build without that option, contact tarotide.help@outlook.com for help. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will publish the current version and its effective date here and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Your legal rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by these Terms. Questions about these Terms or the service can be sent to tarotide.help@outlook.com.
